RCVS accredited veterinary practices in Northamptonshire
The RCVS Practice Standards Scheme is a voluntary initiative to accredit veterinary practices in the UK. Through setting standards and carrying out regular inspections, the Scheme aims to promote and maintain the highest standards of veterinary care.
To become accredited, practices volunteer for rigorous inspection every four years and will have met a range of minimum standards including hygiene, 24-hour emergency cover, staff training, certain types of equipment and cost estimation procedures.
Practices are also subject to spot-checks between inspections.
All three departments are RCVS accredited. Our small animal veterinary clinic has attained Level Three and is a Small Animal Hospital. Our large animal veterinary practice has achieved Large Animal Tier Two. Our equine hospital has attained Equine Tier Two. The accreditations reflect the skills of our veterinary team, the support of the whole team and a belief in providing a high quality, caring and professional service.
